but what would that young kid say to an old man
dwelling in the past, when the days are still pushing to be made, made to be better
it always ended too soon, just wanted to live fast

the friends i made and the people i have met, i couldn't want not to do it all again
life's funny when everyday seems like it was there just to replace the past
there's a pain thinking it'll never be like then, thank god i know it never lasts

not much hope for the future when we grew up, no point to think that far ahead
